Systems Analyst

The purpose of this role is to give excellent client service and provide general user support, creating requirement documents alongside members of the client-facing teams, configuring new system functionality, writing reports, supporting integration and automation, documentation, preparation of training materials, testing of items developed by other members of the team, department or vendors, deployments of changes and designing processes to improve operational efficiencies.
Candidate must be experienced in customer service / support desk with genuine interest in technology, systems and data; advanced MS Word and Excel; experience with VBA & VB.net, Javascript, Python, SAS or Transact-SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, IBM Cognos, adjusting IT system configurations and / or report development while following a rigid IT change management framework, prior configuration experience of Invest, Investment Café, eFrontPM and Yardi, Viewpoint; quick to learn new systems; training provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
