Support Worker - Time + 1/4 Weekends and OOH at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

Join our dedicated team providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults, helping them live independently and achieve their goals. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, medication prompts, community access, and promoting wellbeing while maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans. We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible individuals with excellent communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and out-of-hours shifts on a rota basis. Weekend and out-of-hours work is paid at Time + ¼ (125% of the standard hourly rate). A driving licence is desirable for some services.
