Support Worker – Older Adults at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

Support older adults to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes or supported living environments. Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, medication (where trained), meal preparation, companionship, domestic tasks, and social activities. Monitor wellbeing, recognise changes in health, report concerns promptly, and maintain accurate care records. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care while respecting individual preferences, privacy, and choice. Work closely with families and healthcare professionals, following care plans, safeguarding procedures, and organisational policies. A caring, dependable, and respectful approach is essential.
