Support Worker/HCA at Orchid Care Services Ltd

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of Orchid Care Services new venture in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Learning Disabilities and Autism and excellent communication skills. You will need a good sense of humour and an ability to dynamically risk assess.
You will require the skills to adapt yourself to each individual being supported and provide a holistic approach to their care.
