Support Worker – Community Care
Serene Care Jersey is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide person-centred care within the community.
Requirements:
Full driving licence (essential)
Experience supporting individuals with a range of needs
RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
Good communication skills
Compassionate, professional and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who promotes independence, dignity and choice while providing high-quality care tailored to each individual.
