Support Worker at Youniveral Care Limited

To promote and deliver high quality care and support. Supporting users of our service with their identified needs as per their care plans, such as activities of daily living, communicating, and accessing the community. Involving members of multi-disciplinary teams who are part or required for their care to meet planned care goals and always contributing to the safeguarding of those receive care. To provide support for individuals within their own homes and assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of service.
The Support Worker/HCA will work across the island within a range of individuals own homes. The requirements are to work varied shift patterns depending on the needs of the user of our service and company. The role includes working unsupervised without direct supervision within a community setting whilst always having access to support remotely.
