Support Worker at Sanctuary House

Sanctuary Trust is looking to recruit an experienced Support Worker to join the team on a full-time (37.5 hours) permanent contract. Supporting the team to provide high-quality support, promoting health and independence by supporting Residents in-line with Jersey Care Commission Regulatory Standards.

Reporting to the Team Leader the post holder will carry out the duties in the job description and follow the policies and procedures set out by Sanctuary Trust.

The post holder will be confident; have an understanding of both the social care sector and its operations and the charity sector; have empathy; great communication skills and the ability to use own initiative. Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable.
