Support Worker at Les Amis

Are you an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual looking to pursue a career in HandSC, achieve formal qualifications, then Les Amis is the place for you!
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, compassion and a strong work ethic.
Working in a range of services including Residential, Domiciliary and Respite.
Positions are 30-35hrs p/w which includes shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties. We hold a 4 week induction where full training is given including theory work and shadowing Les Amis staff in group homes.
Applicants must be willing to work towards RQF level 2 in HandSC. Previous experience not required.
We offer salary starting at £14.76 - £17.11 depending on qualifications/experience, pension scheme, career development and an excellent remuneration package.
