Support Worker at Centre Point Trust

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified individual in either Health and Social Care or Childcare to join Centrepoint Supports.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 2pm to 5.30pm.

Centrepoint Supports provides support to children aged 0-12years. We provide bespoke care packages to suit the individual needs of the children, taking on a whole family approach. Our aim is to help families maintain their quality of life whilst promoting independence. Our staff are empowered to work in partnership with parents/carer’s and children to share responsibilities within their day to day routines, creating a positive, calm and nurturing environment. The support will include community and home base activities.
