A leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions and employee benefits is looking to hire a support analyst in Guernsey.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day monitoring of the Online Service Centre (OSC) issues raised via the Service Desk. Under guidance from the Support Manager, communicate with the operational business teams to investigate and resolve issues. Monitor the status of online systems, undertake remedial actions as required and communicate any issues with the status of the OSC to internal stakeholders and external users as required. Deploy new software releases to the production environment. Together with the infrastructure team, provide technical support to and maintenance of the OSC infrastructure. Deliver analysis and reporting using relevant tools (dashboards, SSRS etc.) to monitor the status of online systems and provide management information.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a GCSE English and Maths. Higher education or degree in computer science, software or similar. Experience in supporting production software systems within a business environment is advantageous. Some knowledge of database tools - specifically SQL, SSIS and SSRS. Good communication skills to provide a professional service to internal and external partners.
