Job Description
The successful candidate is responsible for being the main point of contact and delivery of services to clients or customers, internal and external. Contribute towards policies and evaluate customer feedback to advance processes. The candidate will also contribute towards efficiencies and refine service delivery processes and develop uniform processes and procedures.
