Job Description

To support the Manager, Treasury Operations, International Client Solutions in ensuring governance and control over all activities carried out within the area, including Central Records, Structured Products, Treasury Support and Funding activities to deliver high levels of client service while minimising the risk to clients and the Bank.

Secondary School - Business Commerce 
or a minimum qualification of 5 GCSE’s with minimum grade C in both Maths and English Language


Treasury experience for 5-7 years 

Key outputs

Enable the achievement of the Treasury Operations strategy and objectives through the development and implementation of a tactical plan with daily, weekly and monthly targets to ensure that the department is able to execute on its mandate.
Support the overall management of the Treasury Operations team by overseeing the distribution of daily work load, ensuring that there is clarity on individual roles and responsibilities, act as the first point of escalation for all challenges experienced by the team and provide on the job coaching and support to contribute to the delivery of a high level of service.
Monitor adherence to risk controls and governance standards to effectively manage operational risks and create alignment to local and Group standards. Implement incident management, risk and control self-assessment, and business continuity process management processes to manage risk for the client and the Bank. Ensure that all incidents and complaints are managed within service level agreements and that regulatory guidelines and all operational risk requirements are adhered to.
