Supervisor, Treasury Operations

Purpose of role is to develop and implement strategy and objectives and meet targets; support management of team by overseeing distribution of daily work load, ensuring is clarity on individual roles; act as first point of escalation for challenges; provide on the job coaching and support to contribute to the delivery of a high level of service; monitor adherence to risk controls and governance standards to effectively manage operational risks; implement incident management, risk and control self-assessment, and business continuity process management processes; ensure incidents and complaints managed within SLAs.
Requirements are 5-7 years experience with a Business Commerce qualification or at least 5 GCSEs with minimum grade C in Mathematics and English.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
