Our Supervisors play a key role in attaining the highest possible standards of customer service, merchandising and all shop floor duties to maximise sales while working within the Aims and Values of the Society.

You will be contributing to the successful delivery of the Store business plan - Lead, inspire and develop your team, making sure that each and every colleague feels value - Ensure that your store is safe, secure and compliant with legal requirements - Effectively develop and execute excellent customer service - Moving and Replenishing stock - Processing transactions on the checkouts -Supporting colleagues as part of a good team work ethic -Maintaining a clean, hygienic and uncluttered workspace.
