Supervisor - Garden Leisure at St Peter's Garden Centre

Supervisor of a very busy Garden Leisure dept, you will need to be motivated and confident at selling . This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example on the shop floor, actively selling while supporting and driving your team to achieve sales targets .
You must have a proactive approach and engage with customers delivering excellent customer service. , be confident to sell a range of garden furniture and leisure products . Lead , motivate and support a team to maximize sales and performance . Process transactions , maintain high visual merchandising standards .
You must be a confident communicator, passion for sales, demonstrate leadership skills, strong organisational abilities and a team player .
