Supervisor - Funds Operations at RBC Wealth Management

What is the opportunity?
The Securities Operations department provides custody and settlement services for clients of RBC in the British Isles.
You will be part of the Fund Operations team responsible for settling trade instructions to various fund managers and agents for clients across the organisation.

Must-have
Client focus mindset to ensure that all client queries/enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner, within the defined time frame.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong organisational skills.
Possess good interpersonal skills to allow for a good relationship with external and internal contacts.
Must possess the capability of adhering to procedures and risk management controls at all times and high attention to detail.
Should be proficient with investigating and have good problem solving skills to be able to resolve queries
