A wonderful full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen to work as a Supervision support to provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors and Senior Managers of our clients' Supervision team. Duties include but are not limited to being a key point of contact for team meeting planning and support, printing and distributing papers where required, maintaining and effective diary system and meeting and greeting visitors and new staff. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an ability to adapt and multitask. It is desirable that the successful candidate holds relevant professional qualifications to diploma or degree level.
