We are recruiting for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy food store trading 7 days per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, leading and developing the store team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring excellent store presentation, stock control and operational compliance. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail management experience is essential, along with strong communication, organisational and people management skills.
