Staff Nurse - Cedar Ward (MHN01) at States of Jersey

The appointed candidates will support the Ward Manager and Charge Nurses, as well as the clinical team in leading, planning, delivering and implementing care for higher need individuals.

As part of our team you will act as a primary nurse with professional accountability to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate care for patients with a range of conditions and needs. Acting as a role model you will demonstrate the ability to apply research and evidence to promote best practice and ensure high quality of care delivery to patients. Individuals at this level will support and supervise less experienced and non-registered staff. The role also involves day to day shift leadership in the absence of the Charge Nurses, which requires the ability to lead and manage confidently.
