Customer Interaction

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or lead cook, specializing in Sri Lankan cuisine, particularly Dosai, Kuttu Roti, Hoppers, and other Sri Lankan dishes.
Culinary Skills: Expertise in traditional cooking techniques, ingredient usage, and flavor combinations specific to Sri Lankan street food.
Creativity: Ability to innovate and adapt traditional recipes to suit modern tastes while maintaining authenticity.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the market.
