Specialist Services Community Support Worker at Aurum Home Care Ltd

Aurum specialist services are seeking a support worker to join our small, dedicated team that supports individuals with additional needs in their own homes. You’ll provide person centred care and support that’s tailored to each individual to promote independence, wellbeing, and development. Someone with experience of working with individuals with Autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities and other associated conditions is preferred but not essential. Good communication skills and a passion to support individuals to move forward, is essential.
