Job Description

To provide deep specialist knowledge to the Custody Operations team, including complex issue resolution management, the management of day to day client escalations and providing SME Custody Operations advice to ICS projects and the Operations and Business Leadership. Support and develop the Custody Operations team to maximize overall efficiency and team performance to promote a positive overall client experience, while minimizing operational incidents and mitigating risk.
