Specialist 1:1 Community Support Worker at Nova Health Jersey Limited

Nova Health is recruiting for experienced, professional support staff to join a bespoke, therapy-led care package in Jersey.

You’ll be working one-to-one with an adult with complex needs in their own home and local community, supported by a multi-disciplinary team including clinical leads.

What we’re looking for:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
Experience in autism and/or neurodivergent care
Active and confident with long-distance walking
Professional, emotionally aware, and consistent in approach
Drivers with access to their own vehicle
Must be Entitled / Entitled to Work and living in Jersey
