SOUS - SECOND SOUS CHEF at Salty Dog Bar and Bistro

We are currently recruiting and are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who shares our passion for hospitality, great food.

The successful applicant will have a professional, energetic and conscientious approach to the role and a proven track record with a minimum of three years experience in a similar position.

You will have the ability to communicate well, work efficiently alongside a motivated team and be happy to take on responsibility in all sections of the kitchen including covering days off and holidays.
