Sous Chef @ Jersey War Tunnels at Jersey War Tunnels

Join us in the Café at the Jersey War Tunnels as a Sous Chef in our historic WWII German Tunnel complex —home to a unique 1000km tunnel attracting visitors from across the globe.

You’ll support menu development for our café and events, manage high-volume kitchen operations, be an expert in allergen control, stock ordering and rotation, adhering to cleaning schedules, help train new team members and report directly into the Catering Manager. Be a team player and be outgoing.

We need a cool-headed leader with strong basic cooking skills, pastry/bakery experience, the ability to thrive under pressure and comfortable working alone at times.

Must have 5 years residency in Jersey.
