Sous-Chef, Bohemia at Bohemia Restaurant

Bohemia has a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic sous chef who is looking to take their career to the next level. Bohemia has been the leading gastronomic restaurant in Jersey for the past 22 years and has held a Michelin Star for the past 21 years. Our last two head chefs have been promoted from Sous chef as we believe in rewarding success and hard work.

We are looking for either an experienced Sous chef or exceptional Jr Sous chef who is looking for their next opportunity to join our team who will aid the day to day running of the kitchen.

You must be a focused individual with Michelin/high rosette level experience. It is important that you hold an understanding for all sections of the kitchen.
