Job Description
The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant is one of Jersey's leading hotels. Located in St Brelade with spectacular views over St Ouen's Bay we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic person to join our kitchen team as a Sous Chef. You will be 3rd inline in a brigade of 13 (Executive Chef and Head Chef above). The right candidate will have previous 3AA rosette kitchen experience and junior kitchen management position experience. Duties will include occasionally be in charge of the pass and the kitchen, work in a ‘Tournant’ position working all sections and be responsible for teaching and training the team, maintaining standards of food, cleanliness, health, safety and hygiene. Will report directly to the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
