Sommelier at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Sommelier at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. As our Sommelier, you will lead and host regular wine tastings, driving the success of these events with your outstanding knowledge of all things wine related. Your knowledge of wine will inspire others and you will enjoy sharing your knowledge through regular training and development. As the Sommelier, you will be responsible for delivering world class wine service across the hotel.
Working with a wonderfully curated wine list containing wines from our own Vineyard, you will use your passion to help drive wine sales, educate the team and impart your knowledge to our guests. You will be educated up to WSET level 3, and have significant experience in a similar luxury 5* hotel environment.
