Our client a digital marketing company is looking for someone with extensive professional experience and skills in social media management. You will be expected to understand the difference between being a prolific personal user of social media, and providing a professional support service to client organisations who need help to meet their objectives for their social channels. This exciting role involves developing creative concepts to meet client briefs, managing projects for the clients in question, and ensuring all work produced by the internal team meets client requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will balance creative and analytical mindsets. You will be expected to have excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in project management, and you'll thrive in a dynamic, busy team. You will also have the maturity and professionalism to liaise with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.
Your responsibilities are to interpret client requirements to form excellent internal production briefs, create concepts for new social media campaigns, set up and manage social media campaigns, manage client projects in accordance with the businesses processes and standards, oversee the production of digital media including social content and campaigns.
