A position is available for a SOC Technician to join a 24x7 support team, providing frontline technical assistance to business customers.
This dynamic role involves logging and resolving support tickets, triaging faults, and delivering timely updates using industry-standard tools. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives, and support network monitoring and routine maintenance. Operating within a structured shift rota (including nights, weekends, and holidays), the role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A background in IT or customer service is beneficial, though full training is provided.
