The purpose of this role is to shorten the duration of network faults and provide support services to Enterprise customers.
This is achieved through championing the needs of affected enterprise customers, professional and one team behaviours and following the Company’s Event and Incident management processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring incidents, problems, changes and customer requests are resolved efficiently and correctly across all CIIM networks and infrastructure that the SOC have responsibility for monitoring and supporting.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role as well as strong customer service skills. Ideally, the candidate will have customer service experience within an operational environment working on IT networks, infrastructure, data centres and associated services. The successful candidate must be educated at GCSE level with good pass results, however, an ITIL or other IT qualifications are desirable.
