Our client is seeking a SOC Support Technician to join their team, on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, on a 24x365 shift rota. You will be an important part of the frontline support team for business customers and log support and request tickets, process changes and provide first line support to this business' customers using industry standard best practices and cutting-edge tools. You'll also act as a champion for our client's valued business customers by being professional, and by using your exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will use these to drive faults and requests to closure. The successful candidate will hold an ITIL v3 certificate or equivalent IT qualification alongside experience in a Customer Service environment.
