We have a fantastic opportunity for a SOC Senior Support Technician to join a local telecommunications provider.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the workload with the on-shift technicians, perform and receive escalations whilst on shift, demonstrate excellence and lead by example mentoring other SOC team members. All these attributes should shorten the duration of network faults and provide a professional support service to Enterprise customers. This is achieved through championing the needs of affected enterprise customers, professional and one team behaviours and following the Event and Incident, Change management processes.
