Job Description

Our client is seeking a SOC Senior Support Technician to join their team, on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, on a 24x365 shift rota. You will be required to coordinate the workload with the on-shift technicians, perform and receive escalations whilst on shift, demonstrate excellence and lead by example mentoring other SOC team members. All these attributes should shorten the duration of network faults and provide a professional support service to our client's Enterprise customers. This is achieved through championing the needs of affected enterprise customers, professional and one team behaviours and following the Company's Event and Incident, Change management processes. The successful candidate will hold a Network+, Cisco CCENT or equivalent IT qualification with a minimum of two years' experience in a Customer Service environment.
