Site Foreman (Window and Glazing Installations) at Glass Tec Jersey

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong practical experience in the installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and associated façade systems.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead installation teams on site
Plan and organise daily site activities to meet programme requirements
Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and deliveries
Ensure all installation works are completed to specification and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship
Maintain a safe working environment
Produce site reports, progress updates, records
