Site Advisor at States of Jersey

The Site Advisor positions involve continually meeting with customers and giving them advice to ensure wastes are being delivered in the appropriate manner while ensuring the safety of the staff, customers and users of the waste reception sites. The post holders will ensure that all waste and recyclables delivered to the Department's facilities are separated into the correct disposal bins to maximise the recycling potential of items being disposed of.

Both positions are full-time with one position working a shift work pattern that covers weekend working and the other a Monday-Friday role. Applicants must have a full and clean driving licence and preference will be given to candidates who have the ability to learn to use forklifts and other machinery on the various sites.
