Shop Coordinator (East) at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Shop Coordinator (East) to join our Retail Department on a permanent, full-time basis.

The postholder will be based at the Hospice Shop East and will work with colleagues and volunteers to support the management team in the day to day running of Jersey Hospice Care’s retail fundraising shops, achieve sales objectives, deliver exceptional customer service and will act as an ambassador for Jersey Hospice Care.

The post holder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining outstanding relations with customers and the wider team and have the ability to persuade, influence and handle challenging situations.
