Service Manager at Freeda (Free from Domestic Abuse)

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with exceptional soft skills and high emotional intelligence, who can build positive relationships, communicate effectively and adapt their style to diverse personalities and situations.
The Service Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient conduct of the complete set of services provided to domestic abuse survivors by the organisation, within the approved strategic plan and budget.
This includes leading and managing all colleagues in the delivery of support and care to survivors contacting the organisation for help.
To be the Registered Manager for Freeda services regulated by the Jersey Care Commission and ensure full compliance with the Care Standards and Regulations.
Provide support to and deputise for the CEO when required.
