Job Description

Provide initial response and resolution to all support calls. The ideal candidate will have an advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience working with Citrix, AdEx, FileSite, Viewpoint, SharePoint, Mitel, antivirus, cost control programs and email filtering systems.
