Do you have 4+ years' experience in a Service Desk Analyst role or similar? Do you have advanced working knowledge of the MS office suite and excellent written and oral communication skills? If so, this new and exciting role could be just for you! You will provide initial response and resolution to all support calls including the provision of ad-hoc IT staff and end user-training. Additionally you will ensure customer service is delivered in a timely and accurate manner on a daily basis, supervising various operations and creating and updating technical documentation. If you have relevant qualifications in computer science, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL and other IT disciplines, along with a solid foundation in network administration and the ability to perform several tasks concurrently and to prioritise in a high pressure environment, get in touch!
