Do you take a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving? We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our clients ICT team.
This role is in a fast-moving and exciting environment with the need to provide a high standard of customer service.
In this role you will provide technical support onsite or remotely to staff by providing a single point of contact for all ICT services, make recommendations for the development of the Service Desk function and strive to improve the quality and levels of service measured through key performance indicators and the change management process.
