Service Delivery Supervisor

Individual with an extensive customer service background, experience in the technology or service delivery industry and ability to work under extreme pressures and deadlines required. Your duties will involve answering the phone, responding to emails, logging, allocating, chasing, updating and closing calls, scheduling workloads, handling complaints, producing various statistics and invoicing.
