Service Delivery Manager

Enthusiastic individual who is motivated and capable of leading change sought to oversee the delivery of services and refine service delivery processes and develop uniform processes and procedures. 5 years banking experience, 3 of those being in supplier management. An understanding of Lean/continuous improvement methodologies and experience of managing 3rd party suppliers would be advantageous.
