Job Description

Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to define and manage service delivery and assurance to the commercial Group's clients, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for managing service delivery for specified clients, focusing on SLA management and customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring compliance with contractual service obligations and manage the end-to-end resolution of service incidents. This role requires someone with relevant professional service management qualifications (e.g. ITIL/Prince2), and an excellent communicator at all levels, with experience of contract negotiation and supplier management, as well as designing and implementing significant productivity and customer satisfaction improvements.
