Our client is an international provider of wealth management and life-insurance linked products. On their behalf we are looking for a service delivery manager to be based in their Guernsey operation
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in leading IT service desk teams, preferably in a financial services environment.
Suitable technical qualifications such as MCP and VMWare are desirable. Framework or security standard qualifications such as ITIL and IS027001 also.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and mentoring qualities to the team. Be a good communicator and manager to all stakeholders within the local and global operations.
An attractive remuneration package awaits the successful role-holder.
