Job Description

Acting as a key point of contact you will be responsible for managing and coordinating communication between the various departments within the transformation programme. The role involves elements of service delivery management, stakeholder management and project management. Ability to present data for senior reporting, strong Excel skills and previous experience in an IT service desk setting.
