A large telecoms company operating in the Channel Islands is looking to hire a service delivery analyst. This is a permanent position. Knowledge of mobile phone technology, terminology and billing is an advantage, although full training will be provided. The purpose of the role is to provide first line support to customers through the phone service.
The successful candidate must be experienced in dealing with the public and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
