Our commercial client seeks a talented service delivery analyst to join their Jersey team to ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to customers through the company's 121 phone and email service. In this role which has full training provided, responsibilities will include but not be limited to answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, solving as many issues as possible within the first call/email, logging support requests, taking end to end' responsibility and escalating issues or complaints where necessary. This role would be well suited to someone with excellent communication and customers service skills, who is computer literate, with knowledge of mobile phone technology, terminology and billing. It would be advantageous for the candidate to have a second language.
