Service Counters Manager at Channel Island co-op Society

The Service Counters Manager is responsible for the commercial and operational performance of all service counters, including Deli, Butchery, Fish and Food to Go. The role is accountable for sales growth, gross margin, waste control, labour efficiency, food safety compliance, colleague development and customer service standards. Working closely with Store Management, Buying and Supply Chain teams, the post holder will lead the specialist food proposition, review trading performance, take corrective action where required and drive continuous improvement to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the Society’s commercial objectives.
