SERVICE ADVISOR at Morris Marine and Motors Ltd

This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.
Working as part of our successful Service team you will be responsible for our customers’ service and repair needs, from the initial booking and invoicing through to the completion and handover of the vehicle. You will need to be a good communicator, have a bright and confident personality, be very customer focused and have excellent organisational skills. Applicants must be self motivated, be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a successful friendly team.
